Course Content

Topic 1: Massager Characteristics.
Handle material, metal alloy inner rod and spring as a fact of advantage in sanitizing.

Topic 2: Disinfection of massagers
- Advantages of INARI massagers in methods and means of disinfection (water, disinfectants, fire); - Disassembly of the massager if necessary; - Patents and trademark.

Topic 3: Ergonomics of a masseur.
- Basic positions and movements at the massage table; - Using their body weight in space to change the vectors of influence in movements around the massage table.

Topic 4: The four types of massager effects.
- Superficial; - Deep; - Tissue shifting; - Lifting.

Topic 5: Using the massager in the client’s supine position.
- Back, shia, forearm, buttock, posterior surface of the lower limbs; - Biceps femoris (biceps femoris) and gluteal zone with elements of fitness massage; - Galife zone; - Feet in three positions.

Topic 6: Using the massager in the client’s supine position.
- Abdomen, quadriceps femoris (quadriceps quadriceps muscle), calf and biceps; - Abdominal area using static tension; - Triceps (triceps brachii).

Topic 7: Using the massager with the client lying on their side.
- Straight and lateral abdominal muscles; - Galife area and flanks.

Topic 8: Self-massage.
- Techniques and methods of using the massager standing, sitting and with elements of static tissue tension; - Back, neck, lumbar, buttocks, abdomen, lower and upper extremities.
