Member of the Supervisory Board of the NGO "Institute of Good Food of Ukraine," PhD in Engineering, Associate Professor, Head of the Department of Meat, Fish, and Seafood Technology at the Odessa National Technological University, and an education quality expert at the National Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education in specialty 181 – Food Technology. She has 28 years of teaching experience at universities with accreditation levels III and IV.
Development of products for health and functional, therapeutic nutrition based on meat raw materials, extension of food shelf life, development of products recommended for differentiated nutrition of athletes, tourists and military personnel engaged in physical labor, who are undergoing treatment, use of modern digital analysis methods to identify the quality of food products.
