Ukrainian scientist and researcher, Doctor of Biological Sciences, Professor Dr Habilitate is President of the Ukrainian Society of Soil Scientists and Agrochemists.  In addition to his teaching duties, he was Director of the program on Assessment of late Holocene climate change using paleopedological analysis of soil-time catenas» (2010- 2013), a member of the Medzhybizh expedition studying geochemistry and soils of Paleolithic sites (2012-17), Director of the program on Conceptual and methodological foundations for the application of digital terrain models to assess the chronological and dimensional variability of soil cover (2013-15), and participated in the state program on The influence of weather and climate fluctuations in mass transfer processes in soil-plant system (2015-16) in tandem with the ON Sokolovsky Institute for Soil Science and Agrochemistry Research, and FAO-Ukraine programs in area of land neutrality degradation and organization of soil monitoring in Ukraine.
